Founder & Head Coach

I created Boston Fit 450 after working at Planet Fitness and realizing I wanted to make a bigger impact on the people I saw every day. What started as simple conversations on the gym floor grew into training more than 15 clients in-person and online, supported by month-to-month custom plans. Boston Fit 450 is built to push people beyond the gym, helping them feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health.
